(1) Main structure
This machine is mainly composed of grinding tank, vibrating screen, machine base, feeding device and electrical cabinet.

1. Grinding tank: It consists of a bottom rotary disc and a polygonal fixed grinding tank. The grinding tank is lined with a considerable thickness of high-strength, high-wear-resistant polyurethane (PU), durable in use. The grinding tank is integrated with the motor, and can be turned back 90° automatically by operating the button to automatically discharge abrasives and workpieces.
2. Vibrating sieve: It is welded by steel plates, and the sieve is equipped with a steel grid frame. The screen can be replaced at will according to the size of the workpiece and abrasive, so as to achieve the effect of automatic material distribution.
3. Machine base: welded by square steel.
4. Automatic overturning mechanism: The motor transmission device is adopted, and the abrasives and workpieces in the grinding tank can be automatically poured into the vibration screening by operating the button for sorting; after the sorting is completed, manually reset.
5. Electrical cabinet: It consists of an independent closed box. Control the work of the whole machine through the indication buttons on the panel.

(2) Working principle
The flow type finishing machine uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation of the bottom rotary disc to make the workpiece and the abrasive produce strong friction under the action of the fixed groove, forming a spiral eddy current movement, so that the workpiece and the abrasive produce high-speed rotation and spiral flipping sports. Therefore, the processed parts can achieve the desired effect in a short time. After the grinding and polishing operation is completed, the grinding tank automatically rotates 90 degrees backward; at this time, the vibration screening machine is in a horizontal position, and the parts in the grinding tank automatically enter the vibration tank for screening; after the screening is completed, the grinding tank automatically turns backward 90 degrees , the machine resets.
