The wet‑dry high‑speed centrifugal polishing machine integrates two processing modes: wet heavy‑cut polishing and dry precision polishing. There is no need to purchase separate dry and wet equipment, which saves capital investment and workshop space.

Adopting an independent divided‑chamber structure, workpieces are processed in isolation without mutual contact to avoid collision scratches. Driven by planetary high‑speed relative motion, grinding media performs deburring, chamfering, CNC tool‑mark removal, oxide‑layer elimination and mirror finishing. It balances heavy‑duty burr removal and high‑gloss surface finishing, ideal for pre‑electroplating treatment and mass production of precision hardware parts.

Dual‑Mode Working Description

Dry Mode (Dry Grinding Media)

Optional pulse dust‑removal system, no industrial wastewater generated. Micro‑level precision grinding delivers high‑gloss mirror finish. Workpieces come out dry with no washing or drying required, eliminating risks of watermark and oxidation. Suitable for cosmetic parts of zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, copper and stainless steel for pre‑electroplating finishing, achieving uniform matte or bright mirror effect.

Process Limitation: Only removes surface material peaks. Applicable for fine shallow tool marks with original Ra ≤1.6 μm. Deep grooves cannot be eliminated.

Wet Mode (Grinding Media + Polishing Compound)

Combined grinding stones and polishing compound provide stronger cutting force for heavy burrs, deep flash and oxide scale. Workpieces will not suffer thermal burn or discoloration during processing. Suitable for die‑cast blanks and workpieces with heavy burrs. Washing and drying procedures are required after wet processing.

Working Principle

Process Notes

1. Dry processing is a micro‑finishing technology, only removing surface material peaks. Deep grooves and severe tool marks cannot be removed. Incoming surface roughness from CNC must meet specifications.
